Fees are $300 CDN for Friday August 17th Between 5pm and 7pm exclusively before the concert and includes one or two tables. With 2 hours reserved for setup and tear down Which begins at Noon on Friday the 17th for setup. Tear down will be at 9pm or early Saturday Morning. The Venue has 24hr security and the room will be locked.

TRANSPORTATION:

The STM Metro service has a 24hr Airport bus dubbed 747 that has luggage sections for your convenience, it will take you to Downtown ( Berri – Uqam Metro Station ). This is advised, due to the airport location. If with a group of people, a taxi might be an option. UBER is currently under scrutiny so be advised to hesitate from using it.  Once in the city center using the Metro is easy and cost effective. There are several “Unlimited” passes that last different denomination of days. You can check STM website for those. Please not the Metro lines don’t run 24hrs, but major bus lines do.

EXHIBIT HALL:

The exhibit hall will be on the Second Floor of the Conservatory. Each booth will include a six foot table and two chairs. Please make any special request on the Exhibit Reservation Form (i.e., electrical outlet, if you need to have a wall behind you, etc.). One table is included in the fee (please specify in your form). Please, no banners on the wall. No taping, tacks or stapling to walls. All efforts will be made to accommodate your requests. Limited security (locked doors) is provided. The conservatory has a 24hr security crew and is state-of-the-art, with only one entrance and video surveillance. Every effort has been made in scheduling flute festival events so that the participants will have adequate time to spend in the exhibit area.

REGULATIONS:

Exhibitors will not be permitted to set up their displays at the festival until all fees have been paid in full.

Each booth must be staffed at all times during the published exhibit hours.

All exhibits must conform to the size of the booth space and must be arranged so as not to obstruct the view of, or interfere with, other exhibits.

No individual, firm or organization not assigned exhibit space will be permitted to solicit business in the exhibit area.

The organization’s door monitors are instructed not to allow any instruments to exit the exhibit hall unless they are in their hard cases. This is meant for everyone’s protection.

Every exhibitor is allotted 2 ID badges.

There will not be a flute tryout room available for exhibitors. Exhibitors may make other arrangements (hotel, etc)

You may make your payment via Square. After completing the form an email will be sent to you with further instructions and payment options.
